Esistono vari metodi per decorare i bordi dei lavori che si intendono realizzare. Per realizzare la orlatura di cui sopra occorre seguire questo schema:
L'ago ed il filo (sempre preparato doppio, con i due capi legati insieme in fondo) passano da un lato all'altro della pelle e contemporaneamente entrano ed escono dalle perline da fissare.

The pattern above explain the basic way to make an edge beading. The needle and the thread (always with the two ends tied together at the bottom) pass from one to the other side side of the hide and simultaneously it enter and exit from the bead to be fixed.
